Shipping Information
Mavclothing offers complimentary Standard USPS shipping on all domestic orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day. We are a small team, and each order is personally processed with care.
At this time, we do not offer in-person pick-ups or drop-offs. All orders must be shipped by mail.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are not collected by Mavclothing.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
Mavclothing wants you to feel confident about your purchase. Items purchased from us may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Unworn and unwashed items may be returned for any reason, as long as they meet the return requirements below.
Eligible return items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In clean, original condition
- Returned within 30 days
For most exchanges over $45, we offer complimentary return shipping back to us. Contact us, and in most cases we will send you a prepaid return label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping when:
- The exchange value is under $45
- The item is being returned for a refund
- The order is international
All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a complimentary gift was included in your order, the retail value of that gift will be deducted from the refund amount if the order is returned. Complimentary gifts are not returnable.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, socks, boxers, and other undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Mavclothing reserves the right to limit, decline, or refuse returns from customers who show a pattern of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for both exchanges and refunds.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
